I can't wait to have my very own hand-written-by-Carla! copy of this. I love this. It was very much well worth the wait. (Oddly, I typed "wirth" at first. Of course, I associate anything Wirth-related to you.)
Seaside's Boardwalk, although the only Boardwalk north of California, is so unlike Santa Cruz's yet so very unique. I wish you could come here and prowl around it with me, just to experience it. It's crying out for vampire/werewolf stories to be set there.
I love that he camps out in the Tillamook Rock lighthouse. Which can be seen from Ecola State Park, which is where they filmed part of The Goonies. Oh, D, you need a map. But honestly that's an excellent place for a nest of vampires to live.
