So Perry V. Scharzenegger should be coming to it's (first) conclusion sometime this month or next.  I think it was that closing arguments were going to be heard mid-February, but I'm not sure a ruling was going to be given out right away or if Judge Walker was going to think on it some more.  Either way, it's likely to keep getting appealed until
