YES!!! OMG YES! This is the best thing in the world! I've been saying ever since I started reading BB that he needs to hook up with the Titans! Oh man! I'm so excited and totally over joyed.
I totally believe that this is a great move for Jaime. Seriously, he's flying blind right now, he's getting mixed up in things and essentially has no back up or anything. I think it'll be great for him to have support from other superheroes who have a bit more field experience.
And now that I've gotten over some of my initial rapture, why WOULDN'T we want Jaime to hang out with some superheroes his own age?
I've heard that sales of his book aren't doing so well, wouldn't a stint with the Titans potentially bring them up?
I know the Titans aren't the ideal team right now, but I think he'd be a great addition. The whole thing, if handled correctly, has the potential to be mutually beneficial.
My only concern is that it doesn't necessarily make a lot of sense for Jaime - he seems to be uncomfortable around most other heroes even now that he doesn't think they left him in space on purpose anymore, and I don't think he really wants to leave El Paso.
That said, as you say, Jaime twice a month. And Jaime written by Sean McKeever, which is something I've wanted to see for a long time. (I love John Rogers and don't want him to stop, obviously, just wanted to see Sean's take on BB too. And now I get that. Yay!)
I've been kind of vibrating with joy ever since I learned about this yesterday. Just the day before I was saying that there was exactly one thing that would get me to read Teen Titans, and that was Sean McKeever writing it. I never expected it to happen...
Now I just hope the Titans thing is natural. I know he's there recruiting in BB, so presumably this ties in to that. I don't think he's ready to join the Titans yet, but maybe it'd be good to have that groundwork laid so Jaime can end up somewhere if his book doesn't get its numbers up.

Also, we'd get MORE Jaime. Jaime TWICE a month!
So, why would this be a bad idea?
