For those who, like me, first heard of him in relation to this, Jai Nitz is the writer of the Image miniseries "Heaven's Devils", and the semi-regular on DC's "The Batman Strikes". He's also doing the upcoming "El Diablo" mini for DC, introducing a new El Diablo linked to Lazarus Lane, the first El Diablo.

Rogers's said he's planning for Year Three, and that was after the Spanish-language issue was first mentioned in November. So yeah, pretty much.
