Escapade van update
So far, I've heard from five people: zvi_likes_tv, amothea, dorothy1901, raine_wynd, and kerithwyn. I have at least approximate arrival times from all but amothea. It looks as if scheduling a van for 12:30-1 pm will work for going from LAX to Ventura. The cost for a seven-person van is $143, which means it'd currently be $24/person one way, and would drop a bit if we got a seventh person. I have made a reservation, though I can make changes as needed.
Returning doesn't coordinate anywhere near as well. There's one unknown, then Monday at 8:44 am, 11:45 am, 6 pm (me), 9:25 pm, and Tuesday. I don't see any way to arrange a van that will please even a majority of people. If there are other people looking for rides back to LAX, now is the time to let me know.
For the shuttle from LAX to the con hotel, please confirm that you're interested and post contact information (cell phone and e-mail) here or e-mail it to me at janl@visi.com. (dorothy1901, I have yours already.)
