All of those apply to libraries too, except returning books that had been read (how tacky!).

I can begin to tell you how many people come in and say "I'm looking for a book, I think it was {insert color}" and get pissy when I can't help them.

If I had a dime for every time someone asked for the comic book section, I'd be rich!
