Haha what! I'm sorry I was douchey about your wedding announcement! I honestly don't remember the moment at all, and wonder if maybe I was on heroin or something. The main reason I remember what year it was is that you got married while I was in Rome; I think I sent you a congratulatory postcard with a naked person on it.

Thank you for the little story! Reading it inspired me to peek back at steering, which I miss sometimes and wonder if I should try to get back into. We wrote some pretty good stuff there!

Obviously I long ago forgave you for any momentary (and possibly imaginary) douchery! I figured at the time you were maybe not in a mood to hear about random internet strangers and their weirdo business. :) I was just calling everyone I could possibly think of that night cuz I was giddy about having made the decision.

Ohhhhh, steering. The problem is staying-power! I'm always game for trying another time. Every couple years, and maybe one of the attempts, we'll finish all the way through. :) If you've got folks to tag in, we can make it happen!
