That was my initial reaction too. I believe the argument goes that carbon dioxide is not a pollutant because on some level it's a natural part of our atmosphere. Of course, when the overwhelming majority of scientists who aren't on Exxon's payroll and all the countries still on the Kyoto Pact agree that our artificial surges of carbon dioxide are a problem, and the only counterargument is that we might not be headed for the apocolypse, then... yeah, WTF.

Also, four judges on the Supreme Court still think that they shouldn't have to regulate this shit. Including both of Bush's. Go figure.
