A) I'm addicted and
B) I really don't want badly enough to stop
So no, not easy. Some things were easy. I became allergic to fish. It made me ill. I stopped eating it. I've been veggie for 27 years because I made an ethical and personal choice to be so. I lost three stone 10 years ago and kept it off because I have a bionic leg and If I get too heavy I limp.
However the 2 stone I'd like to lose in addition to that initial three? Well I just ate a chocolate bar! I work long and strange hours. I'm just not organised enough to make sure I have healthy cooked meals and snacks available at all times. I crawl home knackered and sometimes make bad choices... never bad enough to regain the weight I lost.. just bad enough to sabotage my losing more :)
It's all very confusing
