Helge Fauskanger has given additional details on the still-unavailable Parma Eldalamberon 17, and it turns out that it contains information that will be of interest to non-linguists, such as Sauron's original name (before he was seduced by Morgoth) and some post-LOTR thoughts on the Maiar. Eldalamberon has some of the back issues available for purchase. Issue 17 hasn't been announced yet - the only people who have it are those who attended a recent Elvish linguistic convention. I'm not sure why it hasn't been made available yet.
