Is that a plunger on one hand? And it looks like a huge martini mixer behind its right shoulder... is it a bartender and toilet cleaner?

The "Martini mixer" is actually part of another display. Have you never seen a Dalek before? It's an alien thing from the old british TV series Dr. Who and is bent on exterminating everything.
