Well, have lost 2kgs since October, making a total of 9kgs lost since January. Not much movement on the stomach though. I lost 4cms off from January to April and bumped around that level since.
The main problem with keeping to the eating plan is my need to eat something moderately substantial (typically, two small chopped-up apples and some low-fat cottage cheese) just before going to sleep. Not good at not eating anything for 5 hours after a meal either: usually have fruit or nuts (pecans or salted/smoked almonds). Both flow from my
hyperglycemia.
But my taste is definitely evolving in a healthier direction, I have more energy and I am trending down in weight. Just a little slowly and erratically.
