Vacation and more

Hey guys, it's been a while and I can't even blame it on my vacation, which was almost a month ago. Work has just been busy although it seems like everyone is just so crazy busy these days.

Anyway, let me talk about the vacation first.

It does feel like it was so long ago that we were on vacation! But hopefully we're both less crazy now?

I know it's generally popular around this area to visit upstate NY or Maine, but we never tried it. Since our options were limited, it was gave us an opportunity to go to those locations.

I 100% agree about Angie's thought about the BLM. I felt that.

Yeah, I honestly never really thought about it that way until Angie explained it. So I can see the utility of signs like BLMs or Hate Has No Home Here and the like.

How did y'all do with the canoe? I've often claimed that attempting to row a canoe together is an excellent test of a relationship xD

The runtime on those LEDS is a big advantage too - you won't have to change those headlights again for the life of the car!

We did okay. I think it was much harder (especially on the first windy day) than a double kayak, which we do during many "beach vacations". The smaller, calmer lake wasn't bad. So either our teamwork got better or just better conditions!
