Thursday night, fun night

Got the daily swim done fairly late today so decided to just go straight to the gayborhood for dinner and such. Leslie Jordan was in town doing a book/DVD signing (Sordid Lives and his book) and I just had to go.

I had the pleasure of meeting Leslie several years ago when he brought his first show to Fort Worth Circle Theater, Hysterical Blindness

TMC across from Round~Up is a jaywalking disaster waiting to happen. They should just go ahead and put a crosswalk in now.

Actually, there is one now. It has flashing lights and everything and sometimes traffic even stops for pedestrians!

Back in the early 1980's it was a jaywalking trap and we had to really watch it. That was before we had good relations with the cops in Oaklawn.
