Still have not had my car seen. Last Wednesday when I spoke to the adjuster, he told me an inspector would call me within "48 business hours" to make an appointment to take a look at the car. That time frame ended today and I still have not heard anything. Grrrrrr...

Well, I am still in flux here with the insurance, and with finances being what they are I have no idea where things will wind up. I am hoping I can perhaps get a new Civic, but lord only knows right now what is going to happen...

I love my new Honda Civic. I'm leasing, but it's truly a pleasure to drive and I'm getting 33.6 miles to the gallon in commuting. If they don't come through soon, I'd start looking for a better, more responsive insurer.

Oh, I have already decided to get new insurance when this is all over. In addition, I am probably going to report them to the Texas Insurance Commission. I have been pissed off too much to let this lack of service slide...
