Early July Stuff
On a positive note, I had a lab draw at the doctors office today where I went ahead and weighed myself. I was surprised to see that I am now down 31 pounds.
On a not so positive note, some low grade back pain and abdominal discomfort I associated with gas or possible constipation grew so bad by the end of the day, that I wound up at an urgent care ( Read more... )
