They had their really rough patch a few years back, worked through it and now I think they are set for good. Having a grandchild to share is good (evidently Shawn is to be called "Honey Bear".)

I know that in many ways and in many places it is quite rough for GLBT youth, still having a source like the internet to turn to for support would have saved me from a LOT of grief when I was at that age...
