um...i basically came home and took a bath, sank deep into the water and read some more of "the fountainhead." it was an okay way to end my birthday even if it was actually very early this morning!

baths can be very relaxing! (and i still haven't finished the fountainhead, wtf). i think bdays get less exciting as you get older. oh well.

those songs are SO good for demos, aren't they? i'm really eager to see more of their stuff.

AND OMG, I READ THAT FIC YESTERDAY! it went on for so long but i still wanted more when it ended but omg, that fic was AMAZING. so beautifully written. and i love how she wrote the characters (pete was kind of a douche but i was feeling so bad for him and mikey) and tied everything into the music video. just, ♥.

OMG YES. i totally fell in love with all the characters (even pete, who yes was sort of a douche, but i could understand why and he does move away from that), most especially frank and gerard, both as individuals and together. i love how dorky/nerdy they are (frank mouthing the words while reading his chemistry textbook! being clueless about girls! his earnestness in teaching the others croquet! gerard in general!), and how close gerard and mikey are, and gerard and frank at the cemetery and omg i need to stop now.

i've only been able to listen to them a few times so far, so i will have to see about that. but they are pretty amazing.

i know the feeling! but my impatience and need to know won out. have you read it yet? i think i might read it again, just the last chapter. it's been over a week! :P
