Aw...I am very excited that you posted your "sappy fic" while I still have time to browse. And then...Big Dan and Little Ann, and you confirm Where the Red Fern Grows? Seriously one of my absolute faves.

When I was in Jr. High, I was asked to present a book award to Lois Lowry -- which was great, because I was a fan of her work, but then I found out that Wilson Rawls was also going to be there and was beside myself. I still have my autographed copy (which is actually my brother's book, but that's another story).

Anyway, I love your angels, and your free will, and the separate placement and Dean's responsibility. This is very sweet.

SO SAPPY!! In my head, this story starts with, "And then they lived Happily Ever After". WtRFG was my favorite book as a kid!!! It still makes me cry.

I love that line. It captures their whole relationship, and I'm glad that you bought it into this happily-ever-after AU. I'd like to think that after this season, Sam and Dean will receive peace and love and everything sugar&spice. ^_^
