do u want the whole picture as a background or putting that picutre on top of a black background? then put the writting on it?

Hi I'm new to this whole live journal thing but my friend made me get one and she is the only one I know so I am joining communities and trying to make friends. I just thought I would say hi to a few people. I'm a 18 year old female from Norfolk, VA and I saw that you are from VA too. I'm not sure where Jonesville is but I think that it's cool to see other people from my state. I feel like a loser for posting in other people's journals like this. I'm sorry.
