I don't know if I'd call this guy a hero, but I'd definitely call him a man. At first he just seems like another bystander goofus, the kind you always see on television, but he wanted to get involved, and to the best of his ability he did get involved, and you can see it hurts him that he couldn't do more. That's the kind of character I don't mind
