To those who after media coverage of Katrina thinks that the whole New Orleans was devastated, I want to say: this house still stands with no signs of damage, as well as all the other marvelous buildings in the French Quarter, downtown New Orleans. Katrina never touched the historical places, as well as all the gorgeous villas in the Gardens

by "media" you probably mean National Geographic, which ran an editorial with numerous pictures of complete wasteland along the coast line
I wonder how you would call "media story" if that happened in kiev and useless left coast be totally destroyed, but Lavra still standing ;)
