I think you'll find your aging kitty very happy with the remaining egg yolks...
Reminds me of the fact that my mother puts one can of Lone Star beer in her aging horse Lydia's feed every morning and every afternoon. It's the first time in years that she's put on weight, and showed such enthusiasm for feeding time.
Yeah, my only problem with the recipe was that there was too much! Even for breakfast. :) Nothin' like homemade chocolate mousse for breakfast...
