Fracking COLD! Thankfully the study is the warmest room in the house. ;^)

We found when we were looking that the older houses (we were looking in Parkside) had ittybitty rooms. And rarely had garages. Which is why we didn't buy in Parkside. :^)

We're in extreme northeast Buffalo, one block west of Cheektowaga and one block south of Amherst. There's actually a house for sale on our block!
