yeah, but a) your insurance will drop greatly when you move to PA

b) if you want to go anywhere that's not available on mass transit you have to rent a car or not go.

A) No it won't. It's going up by $600/year because I'm moving into a city from the suburbs and I have a new enough car that I still carry comprehensive coverage.

B) True, but I've seen this Philly care share program that looks kinda cool.
