Aww, don't hate on the probie. Though admittedly it looked like Ziva wasn't happy about Tony hitting on her in that one scene, where she leapt off the roof. And Jaime stood up to Gibbs?! :O Gutsy. :D
i tease him, but i like mcgee. it's just too much fun to call him mcgeek. jaime not only stood up to gibbs. but she got him to apologize to her. the other old guy too. i was too busy paying attention to how little jaime enjoyed tony hitting on her in that scene.
Oh gods, Fornell is involved. The odds of me liking this episode just decreased dramatically. Fornell is never good news. Especially in the Twilight/Kill Ari eps. Although, NCIS is the first show since X-Files/Millennium that killed off a character I loved, and had me loving the show for it.
You know what surprised me about this episode? I didn't totally hate the American accent. Sure, it was weird, and I love the British, but dear god, I was *IMPRESSED.* See, typically, UK and Aus actors that do the American accent, they're good, yes, but with some, there is always something slightly different. Not their true accent leaking through, but a shift on a few letters, but something that makes them all the more intruding. Jamie though, she totally owned it and because she did so well, it wasn't a case of 'ICK! GIMME BACK THE ACCENT!.' I didn't care. I was just happy to watch her work, so freaking well

oh i know. i...wanted to hate it, because it's just so easy to hate that jaime doesn't sound like jaime(cuz that voice...that accent.....you know what it does to me). but she did it SO.FUCKING.WELL. which is no surprise because jaime does EVERYTHING SO.FUCKING.WELL. her character is just 10 kinds of badass. and ice princess, mmm. we all know jaime can do that cold stare(eyes you helena). i know! who in their right fucking mind would let go of jaime?! as i said earlier, she has this delicious way of rolling her Rs that is very not american. listen to her say torquemada's chain and tell me your panties don't get a little wet.
Normally, I do not like American accents on my Brits. It tends to be jarring. Nothing particularly against the accents of the States (though I will be honest and say there are more than a few I can't stand), just a case of, if I know it's different, my brain refuses to let go. But, yeah, she's so good that evidently, I can accept a lot of things I normally don't. Our conversation last night included.
With lucky, they aren't entirely retarded and will bring her back, but I hope to god not on a 1-2 episode story arc about trite 'redemption' and 'Artie forgiveness' crap plot lines.
God, she does, doesn't she? The woman fucking *purrs*. She doesn't speak, she purrs. And god that does things to me when I hear a woman who can do that.
so it's just my panties then....oh well. at least i'm enjoying myself:) jaime does tend to extend the boundaries beyond what you'd expect. it's a wonderful quality. speaking of wonderful qualities, that voice of hers.....every woman should sound so sexy. but then, if they did, it wouldn't be so bloody brilliant to hear JAIME talk. and her voice.....it positively DOES things to me. such wonderful, amazing things. if(i say if cuz i do not want my heart broken anymore than it already has been), they bring helena back...there is only one person she needs to seek forgiveness from. and myka needs her just as much as helena needs myka. they'd need to bring her back for myka. just look at those 2...love, pure love.
