This week has been busy. I'm sore (from riding my bike a lot) and tired (from waking up early). Today is the first time in a couple of years I've thought about T.G.I.F. I'm happy today is Friday. It is so easy for me to talk about the things I dislike and so difficult to talk about the things which I enjoy. Hate is a word I throw around freely and without much thought. I'm trying to reverse this. I'm not really such a hateful person, nor do I want to be such a hateful person.
I also have a problem with being around overtly negative people. I am sensitive and I vibe easily off people. Negative vibes tend to either wreck my nerves or make me upset. This is part of the reason I do not like visiting my hometown. My parents can be negative people and this makes me upset. I need a lot of positive reinforcement in order to be on the right track. I need the right balance of the good and the bad for proper mental health.
