And for a Monday... it was kinda Monday.

Put in a support ticket - though I'm mostly certain I already know the answer - regarding account renewals on the US side. I did the support ticket thing a week or three ago and they set me up til February, so hopefully they will sort you out a while longer also.

Wish I'd gotten a permanent account too, though I don't recall ever seeing that as an option?

Last time I saw them offered was at least 15 years ago. Biz has one from being the equivalent of an early adopter.

Edit: which reminds me that I should probably log into my pillowfort just to remind the system I'm here LOL

Hmm, that might've been when I was a super broke uni student. Wonder if they'll offer them again once they've figured out payment stuff.

I did the support ticket as well and got an extra four months. I will work on moving the icons from here to DW. Figuring out which 15 or so to keep will be interesting. I'm a little leery of what it's going to look like when the Paid status wears off. Several people I know left because the ads got to be too much. I'll enjoy the reprieve while I have it.

In my history it said that my payment last month didn't go through. PRO ends on November 27th for me so let's see how things goes for me. :o/

Pretty much if I (is all US-based accounts) want to renew, I'll have to find a bank/credit card company that isn't in the US.

It is what it is.. Just will have to figure out what icons I need most, and make peace with it and the ads. BLEH.

Mine is German but so far I didn't get any note about mine not going through.

That's honestly the reason why I renamed all icons and I now only use icons for comments or in Communities. :D I really didn't want to update all my entries. :D
