I can def. recommend spending some sitting down and thinking about the reason. It took doing that for my several years of being blocked to be resolved. So worth it, though. For me, it was a combination of things...but something I missed for ages was that my writing process itself has needed changes. I'd been looking at all these reasons external to writing (stress, interruptions, etc), when it was the writing itself.

I don't. Could be stress; could be laziness; could be bunnies LOL
It's the same problem I have with the original stuff (re the NaNo convo on Discord). I want to write it out, but it just doesn't happen. :(
