First: Tomorrow starts a very special three-day event: FIVE YEARS OF MY FAVORITEST FANDOM EVER OMG! (translates: Tin Man)

Second: If you saw mention of the college killings in Wyoming yesterday.. yeah, that's my hometown. Wyoming only ever makes the news for horrible things, it seems. *HUFF*

Third: Suffered a relatively terrible dinner at Olive

Woot! I really hope KIra gets the tips and not the head waitress because OMG she sucked rocks. But, hey gift card. :) Also, I realized this morning, did you ask for more salad because we never actually got more salad. LOL She was the pits.... As much as I hope she doesn't get fired, I do hope she got talked to. :/

I did ask for more salad. At least when she brought the checks over, she stayed. o.O

I can't imagine she didn't get out of there without a stern word or two. She was all over the group next to us, singing Happy Birthday, after all.

I hope he did talk to her... I have a feeling he was watching her when she dropped the checks off and then stayed around to pick them up for us. She was probably ready for us to leave so she didn't have to deal with us anymore. Not that she dealt with us at all anyway.

And it wasn't like we were bitchy either... we were actually being nice about it.

But you know... if KIra was her assistant, then why was Kira the only one who took care of the two deaf folks behind us... clearly the waitress was ignoring them too...

Amusing note on Olive Garden, I have a friend who is allergic to cheese...and she went to Olive Garden and ordered a lasagna, but asked that they not make it with cheese.

HA.

The waiter looked at her like she was crazy. The manager had to come out and explain to her their lasagnas are premade...and frozen. So not only could they not make it without cheese, they could not, err, easily remove it *SNORT*

I can understand the request, as well as the assumption they're making it fresh.

But, also.. she should know how long it takes to make lasagna.
