I am now caught up with new-new-new-Who (aka Season 5). Well, as caught up as the OnDemand is, which is 506? 507? Vampires of Venice.. or whatever the title is.

Also, I have an announcement to make. Might not be the most popular fandom opinion, but I'm gonna say it, anyway:

LOL! And its episode 06, 07 didn't air Saturday so its airing this Saturday and its called Amy's Choice.

I love this season. Its missing what 10 was lacking, the alien feel to it. And I've come to really adore Matt as 11 (I knew he'd be fine) and he and Amy are just ♥ then Rory? Even more fun!

Yeah, OnDemand is about three episodes behind the "actual" airings. But how are you liking Eleven and Amy?

I saw the funniest icon of the newly painted Daleks, that flashed, "PIGMENTATE!" So anytime I see them, I giggle because of that. They remind me of the Kitchen Aid mixers, coming in so many colors and having a whisk for an arm...

Yeah unfortunately the US is about 3 episodes behind and its partly due to the fact it didn't air last week (which was Amy's Choice)

I LOVED mini!Amy.. not sure how I like swooning for the Doctor!Amy; and it's still a little awkward to see Matt, but I think he's doing a VERY good job.

I'm also annoyed that I want to know WTF is up with River Song.. because I just am not a fan of Alex. I blame ER for that, though.

Mini!Amy FTW. That kid was so awesome. Especially in her red boots. I DEFINITELY do not like this whole forced chemistry thing, because they had chemistry naturally and didn't need any help with it. I love the balance Matt's striking; his goofiness reminds me of Nine, with shades of emo!Ten.

I don't like River Song all that much, either, although she was a lot less annoying in her last two eps than she was with Tennant. I like the sassy girls, apparently.

I'm still very wtf over the daleks.. and there's been nothing else said about them since either! GRRR!

Colored Daleks aren't totally new.. the movies with Peter Cushing (not considered canon, but whatever..) had colored Daleks.. maybe they're just using that?

I'm glad I'm not the only one who loves the Daleks. Though I do agree it's time to let another alien race take a chance on wrecking the universe and getting defeated by the Doctor.

Too much exposure diluted the fear and pathos "Dalek" built up reintroducing them. It's gone from "oh bleep they can fly!" to "not the damn pepper pots AGAIN!"

Now I love them, and I know they'll be back because it's too easy to do merchandising with them, but they need to get the creepy factor back.

And I seriously need to go to bed. Stupid bill checks took too long to write. :p

I loooove their new paint job. ohmygod. I mean, I never used to take them seriously what with their combination plunger-whisk attachments, but now they're even better.
