It's the movie that proves there is a difference between Trekkies and Trekkers.

True, never mess with a Trekker - they will cut you, man.

I like Galaxy Quest, but my favourite's gotta be Undiscovered Country.

Firefly/Serenity are way up there for me and so is BSG. We just watched BSG Caprica, and it was awesome and well done just as the series was. I just about every episode downloaded and on an external h/d, and have all of the Firefly and the special disc set of Serenity.

Of course I love Star Wars and most of Star Trek (I hated the ending of Voyager...).

I never could get "we ain't found shit" out of my head from "combing the desert" on Spaceballs! I still use that line...

Spike saying shit was classic too. I love Orson Wells yelling "And nothing!" at Galvatron. My son has many lines from that movie down pat already, since he got a copy for his birthday last year.

If we extended the question to animated, Star Blazers is my all time favorite sci-fi series in that genre (hence Leader Desslok in my avatar!).

I was wondering who that was.

My brother knows Transformers by heart. I know GI Joe the Movie

Rumor has it that Unicron might make an appearance in the new movie. But I won't believe it 'til I see it...

My roommate in college HATED Spaceballs. To the point that we had a deal: If I didn't watch Spaceballs, she wouldn't watch Girl, Interrupted. *shakes head at g_efimovich* She is a strange bird...

I only saw about four episodes of Voyager... maybe a handful of DS9.

I did finally see Trek the other night for the first time...

Can I just agree with you SO DAMN MUCH about your hating the ending of Voyager?

The only TV show in space that I kept up with would be Star Trek: Voyager.

I've seen three episodes with Q -Keegan *swoon*- and the one when Kes was jumping through time.

And, I'm okay with that...

It was awesome at the beginning but then Barbie Borg came on board and the reset button was discovered by the writers.
