It's like LJ, I guess it was created by the people that USED to run LJ.

There is a way you can sign up for free, but you have to register and wait for an activation code. A lot of people are cheating and getting extra codes from other people, which is what I did. If you ask your flist, someone might have an extra one. I don't, or I would give it to you.
