Hello Erin, I'm slowly discovering your posts and your profile. I'm so glad you asked me to add you as a friend, even though I have to apologize for my lack of comments. If I understand well, you are not British but lived in and love England. The British really have such a sense of natural elegance and cuteness. I would just dream of being able to find those gorgeous items. Thank you very much for sharing!
Hello, my dear! It's so nice to hear from you. No worries! I know that life gets busy! I don't update nearly as often or as well as I want to.
You're right. I spent three years in London and that experience has stuck with me! Have you been to the UK? London itself is all-at-once cutting-edge and modern while at the same time, it sometimes feels like you're living in a Jane Austen/Victorian novel. Sigh, it's a lovely dichotomy.
Thank you for stopping by!
P.S. I had a question about your LJ, actually. :) I can't access any posts on it and I just wanted to let you know in case you were wondering about my lack of comments as well! :)
P.P.S. I love that you are a fan of Mad Men. I fell in love with that series over Christmas. It's fantastic!
Thank you so much for your lovely answer. Yes, I’ve been to the UK several times and I majored in English literature at university, so I can understand and share your affection for the country.
The reason why you can’t see any post on my journal is because there is none yet. I’m ashamed because I really wish to share so many things but I’ve never managed to create a beautiful and interesting post, like yours for example. So I gave up each time I tried and updated my icon community instead. I’m really sorry about that, because I know it’s quite boring to have someone on your friends list who never posts. However, I’m determined to make at least one post soon.
Ah I’m so happy you like Mad Men too, it’s such a fantastic inspiration source!

I think it's so amazing that you studied English LIterature. What is your favorite period/genre?
You capture England perfectly in your icons. :) When I viewed them, I had some serious nostalgia of long walks in Richmond Park.
Have a lovely day!
P.S. I am crazy about Mad Men, too. I love your Betty icon.
