Cochineal! I know about that because I've heard it mentioned during the Communion service at our church (yes, really: in the verse in Ps. 22 that says "I am a worm, and no man" it's the tola worm that's being referred to -- it's was used in the Middle East in a similar way to cochineal).

And oops on the LOLcats. Page 62, coming up... (Though my favorite is still actually the LOLsloth. Sloths are inherently funny.)

Congratulations on the fix! And speaking of fixes, something you said the other day reminded me of how I must post about B-vitamins and how they have changed my life. I finished my revisions on Chapter Two yesterday and I feel so much happier about how the book is coming together now. Only seven more chapters to revise before I'll be ready to write something new again...

Congrats on chapter two! Happier is probably all you need at this point. Feel happier and things will fall into place. Oh, and speaking of:

I must post about B-vitamins and how they have changed my life.

Go for it. I can get pretty evangelical about B vitamins myself. Though I have to have more serious pharma to get me through my own clinical depression, a lot of people can see a huge change with a B complex, or just B-12.

Have a great trip!
