Can we call dibs on damaged merchandise?

Wait, really? You'd still buy the broken one?

I will send it to you for the cost of postage ($5)

And I could try gluing the broken bits back on, but of course it's gunna look a little stupid.

I was always too late on the tentacle pots, plus the broken things need love, too. You can fix it if you want, but I'd take it as is. Where should the money be sent?

Oh, now those are lovely! You're eventually going to wind up sculpting just about everything with tendrils, aren't you? XD

Thought: perhaps you could try using wire for tentacles. Less fragile that way. And those are adorable little critters!

Actually, the clay is surprisingly sturdy! It's just a four foot drop to the floor was a bit too much. Even if wire had been in there, the clay around it would still have shattered.

But I appreciate your suggestion! I'm thinking I may try to incorporate wire if I venture into doing larger pieces.

I must have a special touch; I look at thin Sculpey and it breaks. I can't wait to see what you come up with next! :)

Is this regular sculpey? I've been using studio by sculpey and so far I've found it stronger and I drop my figures pretty regularly(shh, don't tell). Those tendrils are super delicate though, so it might not make a difference...but maybe?

(however, I really hate that studio by sculpey is somewhat inconsistent and sometimes the clay is just so damn mushy)
