Ah, here is the context I was missing from your more recent post (I read backwards in time).

I'm going to disagree with Ryan. In the time I've known you, I've seen you grow, become stronger, become more grounded and focused. You speak with greater wisdom and authority than you may realize. Yes, you still foster a healthy amount of your inner child, but I'll emphasize the word healthy, and you foster it without interfering in the fulfillment of your responsibilities.

What's not 'grown up' about that?
