"Deae Eponae" means "To the goddess Epona" (from a dedicatory inscription from Alesia). "Deae Epona" is also attested in inscriptions (as is "dea Epona"). You could smoosh it together and get "Deaepona," especially since the Romans didn't understand spaces in inscriptions. :)
