You may only have an 80s show if there's none of the tired old tripe. No "The Final Countdown" or "Tainted Love" or "Come On Eileen".

I vote for Pete Shelley's "Homosapien" on autorepeat.

I don't own any of the Shelley solo stuff, but I have nearly all the Buzzcocks on CD now ...

Don't worry, I will play no such thing ... although there will be a little cheese here and there. My 80s experience is just a LITTLE different than most folks ... as you should well know.

I didn't manage to get Dream Day on this years show ... and I need to track down my Friends Of Betty vinyl and transfer it to CD

I don't mind the cheese. I mind the tired old cheese.

You may not play "Come On Eileen," but you could play Kevin Rowland's cover of "Thunder Road," for example.
