I was wondering where you've been :D

WIC is definately good & chances are, since you've been approved for WIC, you'll be able to get on Medicaid. I had to quit my job to get approved. ugh.

Keep us updated & show us the belly!! :-p

Isn't it counter-productive to quit your job so you can get approved? Isn't the program for people without jobs? Taking advantage of the system, I see.

For all of the years that I HAVE been working and paying taxes, I think I've more than paid for health care for my unborn child.
Mind your business.

Yikes. Those taxes are to go towards people who NEED the money, not people who just want to be lazy and take advantage of the system. Those taxes are meant for mentally ill people living on the streets. The money is not for your lazy ass just so you can quit your job.

That's disgusting.

Their guidelines are a little bit screwy. I'm sorry.: (
I like your new icon. Looks like I need to get a new one too! Everyone else seems to... Plus my puppy doesn't even look like that anymore.

We technically make too much money for wic or other welfare programs, but we could sure use it. Cost of living has skyrocketed here in the last two years, but no raises in sight. It is so stressful. I think I may try the disability guy again and see if I can get the ball rolling there..

Agh, I've lost my mind, I swear. =(

I meant to also give you a big hug and I hope Steven gets his act together this time. Maybe he will, now that he's seen just how serious you are.

Well thank you! Things still seem to be going good. Although it is too early to tell.
I know what you mean. EVERYTHING is going up. It's insane to think that the house we live in cost maybe $60,000 to build back in 82. But we paid close to $110K for it.

Who is your employer? They don't offer benefits? What do you do for a living because I can reccomend some companies that give nice benefits to their employees.
