It is a cold, misty, polluted November evening in Cambridge. Many of the streetlights are out in the tourist centre, as are those just round the little snicket on the way home where no sane tourist would venture. This is incredibly insightful. I did some work with homeless people for one of my internships. Their lives are definitely far from picnics, and the system doesn't seem willing or able to do anything about it.
