According to EVERY artist I've heard comment on this episode, YES.

Commissioners who micromanage in micro-detail ("Orion's Belt has THREE stars..." "That's Canis Minor...") until you want to stick your horn through their throat and bury them in a shallow grave in the Everfree Forest.

Commissioners who keep changing their minds about what they want ("More Balloons -- NO! More Candies! NO! STREAMERS!!!!") until you want to slice them up into Cupcakes.

And commissioners who have no idea what they want, only what they don't. ("It has to be -- 20% COOLER!")
