Many years ago... 2001? A fox named Alopex did a skit at Further Confusion about this song. basically translating the lyrics.

kinkyturtle parodied it in his FC Diary with Alopex saying "The Meatballs of doom, fall upon your Saab".

Oh yes - several years ago. I love the song. It's been repeatedly recommended to me even by non-furs. "Hey Robert - you're a furry - have you heard this song by Hedningarna?" Heh.
I also shared it with a friend who is rather into Scandinavian folk music and we discussed the translation from Finnish (if I remember correctly). It leaves a lot of room for interpretation.

I'd love to see it done with a bit of animation of a woman seducing some guy and slowly turning into a big and very hungry vixen in the process.
