I don't know whether I should laugh or not, but some of those comments... "The fur is just something to hold on to"? Heh. This must've been made for furries.

Though the voice actress certainly sounds like a sexy lady.

You know the male flirts actually have him asking if your into furries. Fandom aside, I'm getting this frigging expansion pack. I've been waiting for years for the Alliance to get theirs.

I've watched a few videos shot in the beta test realms, and theres references to furries here and there.

Nothing nasty or bashing- but the Blizz folks definitely know, or know of the fandom.
(Friend of mine has a buddy who works for Blizzard as an artist, so its hardly surprising.)

I'll be getting the cataclysm expac when it comes out,and I'll at least roll a worgen for the experience.
How long I'll play that worgen after is an open question, since I'm pretty dedicated to the horde...

As for voices- the Gilneas female NPCs all sound like Angelina Jolie...And the brit doing the voiceover commentary on the best beta vid I have found so far calls them "Bloody Mary Poppins!"
(He is of the opinion the brit accents are really badly done....)

Looks interesting so far- but the female models are disabled at the moment in the beta due to animation bugs of some sort.

Check out some of the "Worgen Jokes" videos, too.

The one I'm thinking of has a rest screen of three horizontal strips of bacon.

And Iron Badger tells me Blizzard is getting denounced as RACIST RACIST RACIST because some Kyle's Mom spelled "Worgen" backwards and Got Offended.

And the Worgen bit - yeesh. The wrd obviously comes from the Old English/Old German word for 'wolf', warg. Can't people do ANY research before starting another meaningless fight?
