Make the world as much like the Qlippothic Realm as possible, so that the actual passage from one state of existence to the next is simple. I.e., "As above, so below" or "The Macrocosm (the Universe) reflects the Microcosm (the individual human being)". Basically, this means they must make the world reflect the twisted and diseased Qlippothic Realm by defiling everything and anything natural or healthy. They subvert human reason, proving that madness and despair are the only normal responses to reality. Destroy all the public heroes and social institutions, so that people will realize that nothing and no one can save them. Above all else, make humanity realize its own insignificance.Does that sound anything like what's been happening since 1968 ( ... )

Uh, no offense, but you're taking this all WAAAY too seriously. It's a game.

A game that can echo some of the RL trends and South Park them. A lot of RL crap going down these days WOULD make more sense if some group like DEMON really was encouraging it; the guys at Hero Games are sane enough to turn that meme into a game instead of yet another Conspiracy Theory. (Funny when you consider FRP gamers are often more grounded in reality than a LOT of activists these days; at least the gamers know it's fiction. Fiction that can make a point, but still "true fiction instead of false fact".)

And sometimes when I make the connection, it starts rolling and doesn't stop until it burns out naturally. (That's how a certain Black Vixen started.) You remember the emails about writing that come in after the Friday night phone call?

I'd like to hear the story behind Khrysha one of these days.

You remember the emails about writing that come in after the Friday night phone call?

Speaking of which, I still haven't gotten any e-mails concerning the most recent story. Did you get to try them again yet?

I hope it's not that our e-mail accounts won't speak to each other...
