Michael Vaughn took another drink of his beer and looked at his best friend. "So what's the biggest thing you've learned?"
"Never poke fun of my friend while playing hockey because I might just get hit where it hurts?" Eric Weiss suggested, laughing. He paused. "Let me guess, you and Sydney had a fight, correct?"
"I didn't say that," Vaughn replied.
"Okay, not a knock-down drag out fight, but a disagreement then," Weiss corrected. "Is that about the size of it?" Vaughn shrugged and took another drink. "Okay, well, as a fellow married man, let me give you some advice. She's right, you're wrong, just apologize. Most things aren't worth having fights over. It doesn't matter what it is... whether you forgot to pick up some groceries, left dirty clothes everywhere..."
"Who said it was me?" Vaughn asked indignantly.
"See, you're doing it again. Let it go. The one thing I have learned is that ultimately, nothing is more important than my wife... especially not a petty squabble over the laundry."
