THIS IS OT although it has David Tennant in a tux which is a strong argument IMO

but I was just talking to my friend about how wonderful the deleted scenes of s3 for Doctor Who are, and then I remembered THIS ONE which is clearly relevant to your interests and was like :O I WONDER IF ANYA HAS SEEN THIS I MUST INFORM HER (starts around 4:00):

you may have seen this, idk if you have the DVDs, but if not, there you go, further proof that the Doctor paled around with the Founding Fathers.
