The RNotC-hating friends among you will hopefully forgive me the usage of that icon, which I borrowed from myself over at joyful_molly. I had to use it, you'll soon see why.

I'm an old movie fan too and this was terribly interesting! Nope, things haven't change at all. And yes, as long as no one on the silver screen smokes, commits adultery, fellates anyone, or is gay, then none of those things actually exist in real life. :-\

Shock! horror! adultery isn't a twentieth century invention? hehehehe I love the black and white movies too especially 1930-40's ones. I also love impersonating the dreadful 1950's accents in some British films and often answer for them, in the accent of course. My mother told me that in England in the 50's that everyone spoke like that - I am not convinced lol
