Stormy weather, this and that and whatever

I hope everybody made it through the storm alright. We got away with little more than a few broken branches and scratched cars, but huh - it still was an eerie night! I didn't sleep much and spent most of the night in the wintergarden, watching the storm with Pixie ( Read more... )

I WANT THIS KITCHEN APPLIANCE FOR MY BIRTHDAY! WANT!
*innocent look* Are you talking about the oven in the background? >)

If there was a place we could order this "appliance", I'm sure your faithful readers would raise enough money to get it for you... *g* However, I think it might be rather distracting from the process of preparing a meal - it'd still be hot, but not really food. Except for my muse, which you just have triggered to full speed again. DAMN YOU!!!

No, of course I'm not talking about the gas cooker, silly.

Have you ever seen such a thing of beauty? Ah... so nicely shaped, and a perfect handle. Gets hot very quickly if handled with love and care, and then things get really steamy... blow, whistle, blow!

Every woman's dream.

The water kettle. Like, totally the water kettle.

Don't tempt me, woman! Those I know where to get!!! >:)

But yes, absolutely, I see your point. Could imagine a better place for him than the kitchen, though. Jus' sayin'. *g*

I've been meaning to ask, since I know you have a knack for finding stuff on the internets, and have marvelous connections all over the place - I happen to need pictures of a tall ship's insides, hold, bilge etc. You wouldn't happen to have that kind of stuff lying on your hard drive and ready to be zipped and shared, would you? *bats eyelashes cutely*

Yes, but when baby cats grow up they don't do silly, cute things anymore because they're too dignified, and then their humans are sorry they didn't appreciate the craziness when they had a chance.

Molly is still finding new ways to be nuts. She now tries to steal bottle caps while they're still on the water bottle.

No 25%? ::sniff::

I fear Oskar will live for 25 years and stay a hyperactive, non-stop-talking and non-stop-eating adorable little monster. Good thing he's Miss C.'s cat, Max is far lower maintenance!

(That 25% thing is driving me nuts. Stuff is piling up here, and I SO know I'll sit two days over it once I can upload. Really tired of this, and I'm very sorry your review will be so late. :-( )
