It would likely make your headache worse...but I used to get in my car, drive out of town a bit, then SCREAAMMMMMMM at the top of my lungs. It felt good. I can see why primal screaming is considered a form of therapy..*eep*
too bad you're not here in cowboy country...cowboy hats or hard hats or...well, even baseball hats, cover a multitude of bad hair things...
*hugs you tightly, hands you a case of white malteasers, a bottle of jack daniels, and Orophin.* I hope you get to feeling better. The rash sound aweful. If there's anything I can do or if you ever need someone to bitch to or at, I'm normally around.
Larian's suggestion is a very good one, you can also do it against a pillow or punch it to death. I strongly recommend you to not punch a wall, cork or doors not even how tempting and how near the object of your anger is to them. The skin of my knucles took a few weeks to regenerate after in an attack of rage I tried to smash someone's face failing miserably Hope the rash passes by quickly, ibuprofen lowers the temptation of touching it (you know, what doctors say: if you touch it it will be worst and usually it comes with burning bloody skin *saying that for experience too*) *Mad cuddles all around and the deliver of a cute Glory boy* Get well soon, dearest Erestor *huggles*
I have the same type of rash in my head. So sorry - wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. We need to find much fun and good chocolate when I get there. *nods*
oh the joy of wondering if sometimes the meds are worse than the condition.. you have my utmost sympathy.. i just started taking a new med with a delightful list of side effects to watch out for.. headaches..tiredness..nausea..vomitting..diahorrhea..abdominal pain or cramps..insomnia..oh and maybe a rash too.. i'm still waiting to see if i get any..
you have as much right as the next person to have a good old complain.. maybe you just don't do it enough..
